Inspired by the 14th Book of Ovid's Metamorphoses, Vertumnus is a shapeshifter demigod who tries hard to earn the title of god of Olympus. His stern mentor, the goddess Fortuna, gives him a last chance to become a deity: Vertumnus will have to seduce Mona, a college Art student from Los Angeles.
