The Dragon with the Three Golden Feathers is an animated fantasy. A young boy (the Miller's Son) is sent on a quest by a wicked King to steal three golden feathers from a mystical dragon. The King's hope is that the dragon will destroy him. In order to win the day, the Miller's son must outwit the dragon and the king and solve a few mysteries along the way.
