ORWELL (23), is a lonely janitor accompanied by the voice of the charming, famous game show host, BUZZ BRIGHTLY (40), in his head. He begins to slip out of reality and into the garish eighties game show Buzz On In after the introduction of the mysterious HARPER (23) into the apartment building.
