A depressed man, whose life is controlled by his Aquaphobia and anxiety, is stuck in a cyclical existence that he hates. He is bullied by a coworker, bored with his daily routine and inconvenienced by his fears. That is until his new neighbor, who's training to be an Olympic swimmer, moves in and turns his life upside down.
