Brian Anderson moves from his home town to LA to study in a college. He rents a room in the 3-bedroom house owned by Dorothy Parker and her son Michael Parker. Michael's extremism in sexuality leads the death of Nora, his girlfriend who was raped and accidentally killed by Michael in his bed. However, Michael doesn't believe the death of Nora whose dead body was buried by Dorothy in their backyard. Following the death of his girlfriend, Michael became a psychopath. In his eyes, whoever he sees, that's Nora. Michael raped two girls who were tenants at his house in two different periods. Dorothy killed them and buried the dead bodies in the backyard to protect her son. After Hannah Thatcher, Brian's girlfriend, visited their home, Michael tried to get Hannah thinking she's Nora. When Brian knows everything about the serial killings and Michael's future plan, he tries to escape from the house to protect Hannah.
