Augustus Saint-Gaudens was a Beaux-Arts sculptor. In 1905, Teddy Roosevelt asked him to design a $20 gold coin. A resulting "Double Eagle" coin was struck. This reports the search for 25 Double Eagle gold coins stolen from the Mint.
