In mid-1990s Japan, as the once-thriving band boom begins to fade, a struggling punk trio-Nozomi, Kanae, and Tamae-travels across the country on a modest tour. Their manager, Momoko, films the journey as a documentary, capturing both their performances and the uncertainty surrounding their future. One night, while driving along a dark rural road, they hit a young girl who suddenly appears in front of their vehicle. As panic sets in, the girl unexpectedly rises, seemingly unharmed, and bites off Tamae's finger, revealing something inhuman about her. Soon after, a mysterious group appears, seemingly hunting the girl. Caught between fear, confusion, and escalating violence, the band members and their manager are drawn into a bizarre and dangerous situation that threatens to derail both their tour and their lives.
