Natasha - a pregnant Russian woman, Li - a Chinese businessman, and Jared - an American "playboy", are stuck in an elevator. As the elevator stops Li and Jared start to panic. Jared, who tries to flirt with Natasha but is claustrophobic, loses control. Li, on the other hand, is late for a very important business meeting. Since he can't speak English, Natasha and Jared assume that he is claustrophobic too, and try to calm him down. Everything turns to chaos, ending up in a fight between Jared and Li, which gets interrupted by Natasha's announcement that her water has broken, forcing Li and Jared to team up and help the mother to deliver her first child.
