In the neighbourhood of Absalon, the inhabitants live just like anywhere else. However, beneath the surface, they struggle with their inner demons. During a long night, a young man who is afraid to leave the house meets his beautiful neighbour; a disabled woman encounters a suicidal businessman; and a sister tries to save her brother whom she has not seen much of.
