Weary Willie has a lone dollar and a fearful appetite. He decides to part with a portion of his riches for a sandwich, but even as he lays down the bill, a fickle breeze wafts it away. Willie and the sandwich seller give chase, ever near the money, but never quite reaching it. The chase takes them to Coney Island, where they pursue the elusive dollar through the many laugh-provoking devices for which the resort is famous. But the dollar evidently was not meant for them, as it never ceased its flight until it rested in the lap of a millionaire riding in his six-cylinder car.
